We specialize in small, intimate wedding ceremonies and offer three options designed to provide you with a classy, but cost effective wedding ceremony.
OPTION #1: Cavender Castle Ceremonies:
Come to our Dahlonega wedding venue and get married at our beautiful Old World Gazebo.
This is our least expensive ceremony option.
Afterwards you can have a mini-reception at Cavender Castle!

Option #2: Waterfall Weddings
Our most popular ceremony package!
We escort your group to the waterfall of your choice and conduct your wedding there.
Known for spectacular wedding photos!
Afterwards we can direct you to a local restaurant for a mini-reception.
Intimate and Family Waterfall Wedding for up to 25 guests
Option #3: Cabin Weddings:
You rent a cabin anywhere in North Georgia and we bring the wedding to you!
After we conduct the ceremony and take your photos you can have your reception right at your cabin!

Deposits:
$250 to book any of these ceremonies
Remaining balance shall be due three weeks before the wedding
Discounts:
10% Discount for active Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Nurses, and Teachers
Availability:
Ceremonies are available 365 days a year, by appointment. On Saturdays, Ceremonies are typically held before noon.
Upgrades:
Unity Sand Ceremony: $50 A contemporary version of the traditional Unity Sand Ceremony. Using colored sand instead of candles, this is also a great way to involve young children in the ceremony. And, it is a wonderful keepsake of your wedding day.
Additional Photos Upgrade: $100 Are photos important to you? Ask how we can upgrade our wedding package to include 100 additional images for a flat fee of $100. All our photo packages provide you with a copyright release (meaning you own the images) allowing you to make as many prints as you desire!
Video Slideshow: $250 We will take your best images and put them to music in a video slideshow that will capture your wedding day. This is a great keepsake and a great way for you to share our wedding on YouTube, Facebook and other social media sites!
Lodging: We have partnered with several lodging partners to provide luxury accommodations for our wedding couples and their guests. Ask for details.
Flowers: Need a bouquet or other flowers for your ceremony? We have florists all over North Georgia that we can recommend. Ask for details.
Hair & Make-Up: Need to have your hair and make-up done before the wedding? We have salons all over North Georgia that we can recommend. Ask for details.
Restaurants: Going out to eat after the ceremony? We can recommend options throughout North Georgia depending upon your tastes and budget. Ask for details.
Private Waterfalls: Worried about your guests being able to make the hike to a waterfall? Ask about private waterfalls that are available for an additional fee. Ask for details!

So, how do we book our wedding?”
It’s easy!
- The first step is to give us a call at 706-654-6268 and let us answer all your questions. Most ceremony packages are booked over the telephone.
- Some couples prefer to schedule a visit to Cavender Castle prior to booking their wedding. If this describes you, please call 706-654-6268. We will set aside time to show you our venue and provide you with a complimentary consultation about your wedding. We will answer all your questions and help you select the package that best fits your vision for your wedding. Even if you decide not to have your wedding with us you will pick up lots of valuable ideas from this FREE consultation.
- Next you would put down your retainer and reserve your date. All ceremonies can be reserved with a $250 deposit.
- You will have 72 hours after you book your wedding to change your mind and get a full refund of your retainer. After this 72 hour waiting period your retainer becomes non-refundable should you cancel your wedding for any reason.
- Next we will give you access to our Online Ceremony Builder so you can design your wedding vows.
- Your remaining balance is due three weeks prior to your wedding.
